I'm currently using S1 style overrides for my LJ journal layout and was wondering if there was any possible way to customize the design of the Visible Tags page/s.

Also, I would like to include entry tags on the navigation bar of my main LJ layout.
Is that possible? Or would I need to convert over to S2 in order to add such feature.

Thanks in advance for any help and I hope what I described above isn't all too confusing.

EDIT: Just discovered that I do need to move over to S2.
