Is there something that can let you autopost on Xanga? I know that Wordpress has it but I don't want to switch from Xanga to Wordpress.

Like a spamming script? I would imagine so, but I don't know of any.

Are you asking if you can set a blog to post itself on a future date?

Exactly.

Yes, Xanga recently added this future. If you don't have the newest editor, go here, select "Rich Text - default," save, then go make a new post. At the bottom, it says "Time: Current Time." Click "Edit," then set the day and time you want the post to show up on.
