Nothing matches at all... BG is of bad quality. I suggest taking off your chatter box and left side module so it doesn't look so messy with the scrollbars. You should probabl;y get rid of te links at the bottom too.

its good for your first layout. just base it on one theme.. like most of the colors and images match except for the background. make the div layer wider so your chatterbox is visible and hide the searchbar

the colors dont match and its very plain looking. nothing matches at all.

Hmm... nothing matches... the banner is a bit too small.. and it looks kinda busy.. try sticking to one theme. but good job for the effort.

the dates are hard to read
