I don't use Lj.. However, I'm sure that you make entries by HTML/WYSIWYG editing.. either of which will work..

If you use HTML, after you have used the img.. <img src="URL"><br> you can actually set up a link to be beneath it <b>(</b><a href="URL"></a><b>)</b>
