how do you organize your clothes? (if they're organized at all) by color? season? design?

I have more but its just all hung stuff or hoodies and sweaters.

jeans are at the end of my closet.

i do it weirdly. on the left side, i have my winder coat and then pants and such. they're organized (from left to right) by skirts, jeans/dress pants, and then my lazy pants, and they're all obviously organized by my favorites in their little sections, also from left to right. in the middle is my favorite jacket and empty handers.
on the right side, from left to right, i have "dressy" professional shirts, cool dressy shirts, wifebeaters, normal shirts, and my choir uniform. they're all organized by my favorite from left to right, also.

My closet is very organized. From left to right of my hanger stuff: Outdoor, Sweaters, "dress" shirts, long sleeves by color, short sleeves by color, threadless shirts, decorative shirts, "event shirts".

Then I have pull out drawers for my underwear and socks.

And then on my shelf I have jeans. Then sweatpants, then capris, then on the shelf below PJ shorts, PJ shirts, PJ pants, folded dress pants. And then finally shoes.

Damn.

I used to arrange them by colors then by category (tops, pants...) but now I mostly throw them all together. The most organization I have is that I have a separate 'house clothes' drawer and underwear/socks/etc drawers.

Hanging, it goes:

Then on my closet shelves I have more hoodies, beach towels, long-sleeved tshirts, scarves, sweaters, and then hanging bras then a tupperware drawer thing with 3 drawers, socks, bras, panties.

My dressers have 4 drawers that go top to bottom:
- lingerie, shorts, skirts
- tank tops, halter tops, etc.
- tshirts of all kinds, polos and such
- pajama pants/shorts/shirts and bathing suits

Right now, my clothes are just everywhere. I'm in the process of getting my drawers fixed. Normally, I organize them by colors and name brand.
