Someone took the same exact code from my layout and all they did was change the background.

Wow, thanks for letting us know. I'm sorry that this happened, a lot of times there's a lot of things for the staff to go through in the queue and things like this can be easily missed. I've reject the layout and warned the person who submitted it. Thanks for being understanding.

The next time this happens (hopefully it won't), PM any Design/Head Staff member or an administrator so that it can be rejected. That would probably be faster than making a topic and waiting for a staff member to see it.
