I think its about being in control and being horny. I mean, it wouldn't be rape if they were both equally in control.

Rape is hardly about sexuality. To forcibly use someone, against their consent as a masturbatory device is anything but sensual.

It certainly can be about power, about anger, among other things, but I honestly don't know what it is exactly about, other than absolute violation.
