i'm sorry if rejecting your graphic is offending you in any way but; it isn't up to the standards of cb. everyone gets their rejects and accepts.

yes some of you probaby haven't even heard of me but maybe it's because you don't visit the "tutorials" section of cB that much to know that. i have about 70 photoshop tutorials. i also comment on new graphics i see get accepted on here. yes my total number of posts may be low as of right now but i am working on that. it does say that i am most active in forum games but that was a loooooooong time ago. i have stopped posting in the forum games. now i try & focus on the designer's cafe & graphics help sections. when i was posting in the forum games section of the forums, i did not have the intent to apply for staff. however, i was chosen & am happy & will therefore do my best to help out cB.

And to top that, people who tell you to fix one thing on your pics... so you do...then after that they tell you to fix something elsee... then after ALL that... they say its not good enough. Then you inform them just stop talking to you about it I won't submit anything for a while after this... and they still talk to you. Maybe I won't continue to be a member here as I had planned.

I wouldn't go that far. I would just say to be persistent, and ask around, before you submit stuff. I see a few people doing it, and I think that it really helps to get opinions before you submit thing imo. I would hate to see you leave because of that though.

to be completely honest, i thought manny would be hired as design staff because i really do like all the tutorials she's contributed. hmm.

To thefourpanedwindow - I hope you aren't discouraged over a couple of your graphics getting rejected. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse here, but in a lot of cases, a staff member is not trying to be with their responses; instead they're trying to be helpful. If it's not helpful, you're always welcome to PM another staff member instead. I'm sorry you feel like you need to delete your account so soon, but I appreciate you letting us know what we're doing wrong. Is there any way I can help, though?

i don't think you should have done that because (well, maybe you didn't realize this) people staffers really have to be the most active in the community center and interact with members there.

actually manny - the- dino is very active on the forums, I always see her replies, mostly introductions, I think she would be great, but I personally though Melie should have have people staff and Manny get design staff . but thats just my opinion. :]

either way, if she's on people and should be on design, it's not her fault. she didn't put herself there.

i don't get why natalie got put on people staff, when design staff seems the obvious choice. especially since she seems to be under the impression that as people staff she would have to contribute like a design staff. so it seems kinda like she thought something different than the actual job. did you guys even talk to her before you decided her position
