Well, I guess it depends. He could have just been looking at your direction coincidentally and he was embarrassed to be caught looking. He might be embarrassed to be caught looking at anyone, though. It doesn't necessarily mean that he likes you.

I mean, if you were looking at someone that you didn't have a crush on, and they looked back at you, would you really keep on staring? Yeah, it's weird.

As for the other girl who flirts with him, yeah, he's probably not interested. If he doesn't make an effort to stay and talk with her, that's a sure sign that he doesn't like her.

I can't say for sure that a guy likes you if he talks to you a lot or tries to spend a lot of time with you, because each guy is different - they may express their feelings in different ways. So the best way to know if a guy really does like you is to compare how he treats other girls (as friends) and how he treats you. If it's significantly different, he probably has a thing for you.

A few years ago, there was a guy who liked me, but never spoke to me. Not even if I initiated conversation...he would just nod and be silent. I actually thought he hated me! But it turned out that he had a huge crush on me - who knew. Guys are weird like that.

I agree with Ryan, lol. I have this happen to me a lot, and it's not a guy that I'm into like that or one who's into me like that. Girls do it, too. We'll be looking at someone and then they'll look at us and we look away quick so that it doesn't look like were just staring them down. Sometimes I do that to people of the same sex in class. I'll be blanking out and looking in someone's direction and when they look at me, my natural reaction is to look away.

I'd say balls to the wall and just talk to him. You'll never know how he feels with you if you don't approach him. Just pay attention to his body langauge. Get to know him.
