come on. it says may 2008 only... why wouldn't my old hits roll over? what is the deal here?

it resets every month. it's already may.

it does? i swore that it rolled over before! plus it kind of sucks that in my time zone it isn't may yet. oh well.

^ when you set up your registration here with cb, did you make sure you set your time zone correctly there?

I believe the tracker is supposed to roll back according to your time zone, and if you are in daylight savings time.

It works fine for me, but I'm on EST so it's pretty regular time zone.

Mine reset as well earlier today and I've been set on GMT -7 forever.

Yes, the hits will reset everymonth, to keep the servers from becomming cluttered with everyones hits.

If you need to check who was on your site, one minute before they rollover to the next month... check.

so somehow my tracker code disappeared off my page. i went to readd it, and it's just not working... it all turns into "....cb4"

I know I am clueless - my timer is set for California. When I see someone has viewed and shows on my tracker, does the time reflect the time HERE or their time in east? i.e., if it says 3:00 p.m. on tracker was it 6 p.m. THEIR time if in ny when they visited my page? Is it possible when i guess an i.d., that im wrong? would it show up as identified if my guess was incorrect? i.e., Huntington Beach, Calif shows up constantly - i know several ppl there that are on my space - which one is it? Thank you.

That's interesting, I'm not sure which is the active time for the tracker, it should reflect what ever you picked when you set up your tracker though. The second part is just one of the downfalls for the tracker. If you have a lot of friends that live in Huntington beach, and none of them message or comment you when they go online.. then there really isn't a way to know which is which.

I'm having a similar problem. My tracker keeps the history charts for past months, but any IP IDs I've saved in the past are erased at the beginning of a new month. Or am I just not finding them?

If you have personally identified them, you don't really have a report of the IPs that you have identified. However, if you go to an IP in the Details of that IP..
