ive been skinny since ever, im not anorexic though or try to make myself throw up or watevr. i really eat a lot but then my metabolism is too fast and stuff. i wanna gain though!!! lol. any suggestions =). i wanna be kinda chubby or somethin lol.

Intake - Requirement = Caloric Excess

If your calorie gain is zero, you're maintaining, and if it's negative, you're at a deficit. All you need to do is intake more calories than you expend.

Why you want to be "kinda chubby" is beyond me, though. As a military girl, you should be training for athleticism.

Pretty much what rediar said - eat more. Eating more combined with resistance training and upped portien intake should increase muscle mas as well, which will up your overall weight.

And think about what you're eating too. Eating more salad will do very little. Eating a tonne of chocolate won't do you much good either. Just try having bigger overall portions of what you're already eating, then adjust your portion size for your new weight when you're happy with your gain.

Lastly - make up the calories you lose through exercise.

Dietary fat has little correlation with body fat.

i actually eat in fast food places for breakfast almost evry day lol. i also used to be on the pregnancy shot thingy so i wnt get pregnant and they said the shot makes u gain more than the pills, it ddnt work lol, the gainin part i mean.
