Hey i was just wondering if any of you guys know how to put a picture footer on a domain.I looked for some tutorials on the net but i don't really get it. (i'm kinda slow plus i'm kinda new to coding >.<)

I just know that the div id place is suppose to be empty with nothing in it. But i dunno what to do in the style sheet for it.
All i know is that it starts out like this(i think?):

url(http:.......)no repeat;

yeah.. Like no matter how much content i put it remains at the bottom

awwww..... it's not working for me. am i filling it out right?
The footer is at the end of my style sheet so this is what i have.
