Hello fellow createBloggers,

I've noticed that many createblog members own/have established their own domain or website. Many of which are of high quality.

I have taken up createBlogs free hosting offer with my domain ragingtimes.org and well, I need a bit of help.

Bleh, I feel like an user n00b and all you website masters are probably annoyed with questions like these.

Anyways, I would really like to understand the basic template of php for websites (ie: atomicaffliction.com, parfume, ego-box.com)

Also, my main thing is to figure out how when one clicks on a link the page automatically accommodates the size of that particular page. I'm used to using the iframe and then making it drag out for say, 2000px and then it stretches the page far more than necessary and makes the page look unprofessional and I really would like to figure out how to add the footer at the end of each page as well.

I'm sorry if this is incredibly annoying, I do appreciate those who have actually read through all this.

Thank you. :]

Yeah, I don't really use wordpress to manage the "look" of 2amfix; it's just a content management system.

all you really need to know from php are the include variables, that all I use for my site, first make your html through dreamweaver and then split the code in half, so like you head, top body would be the above and the bottom half of the body would be the below,

okay so to make it simple, first to make the page keep expanding, it really depends on you slicing while your in photoshop, slicing is the most crucial part of the entire layout, slice into different sections, header, footer, navi, content is the most simple,

i know I was a little hard on explaining but I will try to explain better:]

im saying, thomas, that wordpress has nothing to do with design. you all have to learn the difference between design and content.

Thanks to everyone who has replied to this so far.
I really appreciate the help since now I have a better idea of what I need to do.

I'm just still slightly confused. Heh. -_-;
