A... slightly grilled sandwich. Had a slice of black forest ham and a little bit of gruyere cheese in it, and a tiny bit of buttery spread on both sides to make it brown nicely.

Last thing I cooked was a pot of tomato/vegetable soup and some steamed rice. And that was today.

I made homemade pizza last night. I hadn't done that in a long time. I used low fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni and plain tomato sauce (I just put in some oregano, chili peppers and garlic and simmered before putting on the crust).

It was quite good. =)
