i tried to recreate crispy bean curd from taipei noodle house. mine tasted good, but looked way different, since their recipe involved flakes, and i just used ground peanut and biscotti x;.

chicken & provolone stuffed tortellini with broccoli in alfredo sauce. it was soo good.
