is the myspace tracker featured on Createblog real?

Yes, you can use the tracker to keep a log of the IPs that come and visit your site, it is not going to automatically show you who the person is that is viewing your site, becuase that is against Myspace TOS. You can use the tracker, and from the createblog side, you can identify the tracker to show you who is visiting your site.
All you have to do, is set up the tracker, use the code that is not Javascript, (so you use the one under Not Javascript enabled.) copy that code, paste it into your profile CSS, the image has to remain visible for the tracker to work, it will not work if you try to remove the image.
After it is on your site, it is up to you how you want to use it, if you want to set people up, and say, hey visit my page real quick, and follow through by identifying their IP, you can do that.
With the IP tracker, on here, it can also show you the other pages that they have visited that have a cB tracker on them, and from what page they came from to visit your site, and the page they came to createblog from.
