Does anyone know of any domain name registration site where you can register a domain if you are under 18?

No, most of the sites like godaddy say in the terms of service that you have to be 18 years or older.

^ Ah, really. I didn't even bother reading them. Funny thing is, godaddy didn't even ask my birthdate or age when I bought my domain. I honestly wouldn't worry about it if I were you... plenty of people under 18 have a domain, and I see no reason why someone under that age shouldn't have one.

yeah i used yahoo for mine i don't remember anything about an age restriction.

Point of advice though it may be too late, if you're under 18 you might want to consider going with a registrar that offers free private registration. You don't want to have your contact information readily available like that.

all. must have an eligible payment method though.

Chances are if you're under 18 you don't really have your own credit card so you're going to have to use your parent's or so, and in that case it would be PURCHASED under their name, but you can register the account as yours.
