I'm new to all of this, but everytime I try to put in ym screenshot, something is wrong.
Can someone help me?

I'm assuming you mean for when you submit a layout and upload a screenshot?
All screenshots should be 1024 x 768 pixels.

But I've tried that.
When I do that, it says:
"Screenshot must be in 4:3 ratio or widescreen."

The screenshot is very particular - if you have Photoshop, set the new canvas to 1024 x 768 pixels and simply paste your screeny onto that.
If you're having a lot of trouble, link me to what you wish to screenshot and I'll do it for you.
