My collection is impeccable. I have over 20 SB's since 2006. From Melvin's, Unkles, De La Souls, Tiffany's, Purple Pigeons, Avengers, and way more.

having only five isn't being obsessed. also you would need to have like a few pairs that are worth $300 or more or else that isn't really isn't obsessed. just saying.

yeah, I collect more rare ones, then the one's that get released monthly. the limited rare ones such as the unkles and tiffany's. man, you would have a hard to finding them these days. they sell for like $600 now. the rare ones, as time goes by, the more expensive it becomes. it's like wine. the older the better. but you gotta have it in nice condition though. I only rare my limited sb's like maybe 2-3 times a month. I wear my regular $100-$150 sb's often though. most people wear the regular monthly releases. I agree that it is freaking comfortable. the cushion is amazing. I love it.

i've seen the tiffany's and i like, love them. but i think i like the un-tiffany's better. i don't know. i think the un-tiffany's look weird but cool. but my boyfriend doesn't have like $600 sb's. i think, he could and i wouldn't know. whats your favorite pair?

When you collect kicks in that sense, do you ever wear the rare ones at all? Or just keep 'em fresh in the box? I always wondered that. I never had the money to afford an obsession like that.

I guess I only bought new kicks to wear, and whenever the ones I got start wearing out, and usually only two at a time to alternate.

yeah, i really need to get the un-tiffany's. shit is hot. i heard it glows in the dark too LOL. my favorite pair is the purple avengers of course. so f**ken hot. took me like a month to finally get them, cuz they are so rare. spent $350 on them.


Yeah, read my post above. I only wear my rare limited sb's like 2-3 times a month, and my other less expensive ones more often. It also depends what clothes I buy during that month, and the color of the clothes I buy. So yeah.

yeah, I'm not sure about it. But I still prefer the tiffany's though better. untiffany is still hot though. but tiffany's are too hawt to handle.

yup internet. ebay mostly, since it's highly trustworthy. but i don't recommend someone who isn't obsessed or a shoehead to buy shoes online by yourself. have someone help you who knows his shit. cuz there are way too many fakes out there. I buy mines mostly from ebay, and new york urbanwear stores online.

I mean.. can you say, total waste of money? I have a friend with 60 pairs and he only actually wears 5 pairs out of those 60! So what's the point, just to be able to look at them or something? Like those old ladies who collect angel figurines?? This is a total mystery to me.
