I heard that if Hillary Clinton becomes president she is going to legalize marijuana, have you heard this, and is it true?

What amazes me is.... no matter how much dirt they try to put on Obama... people just keep cheering for him. His ratings keep goin up and up the more dirt they keep findin on him.
