can any experts tell me how to delete a pending layout you have submitted??

Unfortunately, there is no option for a submitter to delete a pending layout. What you can do, however, is to PM a moderator and request deletion or (as I've just noticed) edit the layout with a quick note to the reviewing mod.

I have taken the liberty of deleting your pending layout.
