okay whats a good place like freewebs that gives u a domain and lets you use raw html instead of ftp?

alos maybe one thats not tooo spendy, like under 20$

personally I would recommend http://hostii.net or http://pink-pistol.net/hosting a lot of space for less

the only thing is i want one like freewebs because both those have ftp and i wnat one WITHOUT any ftp,
and one that lets me do RAW HTML

I think you kinda misinterpreted what an FTP program is, whether you have it or not you dont NEED to use it, Hostii has really low prices and just because your confused about FTP, you might regret not taking the FTP plan, almost every plan on the internet offers FTP accounts and its REALLY hard to find one that dosent offer any FTP, FTP isnt any type of code, its a program language, as for RAW html, you can do that on ANY host just to get rid of your confusion

okay i just like the way freewebs is very easy to figure out he only thing is it costs 20 dollars a month!=C

cpanels are WAY easier, its really not that hard, also hostii isnt 20 a month, if 5 dollars a YEAR!!!!!, crazy right, that why I recommend it but its .info domains, but it comes with 50GB bandwidth and space :]
