So my last period started on March 11. I usually have 28 day cycles, so it should have started April 8. However, April 6, I lost it. Theoretically this is long enough after having ovulated to be safe, plus protection was used. There was quite a lot of blood involved, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had their period go psycho after losing it or if I need to be at the store buying an EPT for being a week late. =/

Just curious, is all.

I don't think you should worry about it all that much. Periods are usually irregular anyway. Its normal, just give it a few days to a week. _smile.gif

I'm a junior in high school and I've had mine since fifth grade, and it pretty much works like clockwork. That's why I'm wondering. This is the first time since like freshman year that one didn't start when it was supposed to.

But you know it's weird, ever since i lost mine my periods been crazy sometimes it doesnt come for months(no complaining here!! lol)
but sometimes it comes and it's very light like nothing. and thats started to happen after i lost mine. I got my period when i was about 9 1/2 years old, and it was regular up until i lost my virginity. It could starting to be irregular you know? but if you are worried try taking a pregnancy test if it doesnt come, or just get a check up with your doctor or GYN you know.. but im sure it's just late periods arent perfect they get late sometimes even if your not used to it. good luck. rolleyes.gif
