Scroll down to the bottom of the page and (unless you changed the style) you will see a drop box that says "Daytime Style." I want to know how to change this. Is there some CSS I have to upload or something?

Change what? The look of CreateBlog? Members can't upload their own styles and make CreateBlog look their way. I think there will be a night-time style, though, made by Trish.

Yeah thats what I mean. The only style here is Daytime style. And its too bright in my opinion.

you'll just have to wait until trish is done working on it.

I happen to enjoy the blue. It's neutral. But, like JC said, if you want a darker theme, Trish is working on one. I'm sure you could suggest another theme, too, although the suggestion may or may not go through.

Ok. I like the blue too, I just prefer darker colours because I can't stand bright things. They burn my eyes a bit. I can't even read if theres too much light.

I would be fine with the style if it was gray background with a darker, but still somewhat neutral, blue.

I like the blue just fine. I do think it would be great to have another skin choice though. Hopefully soon enough that option will be made available.
