* i made her eyes green

* i did a little vectoring just a little to mark her skin look like glassy/silky

* just below her eyes i made the rest of the photo a different tone look carefully

Might want to fix the picture link.

it looks really good but your copyright stuff is too big and kinda distracts you from the actual pic.
Relentless
For some odd reason, it doesn't look like a retouch. It doesn't seem very "real" and lively. The fact that you used an abstract (screen) texture on her, it alters the coloring that you just did, so now it's completely bright and dark. Her waist and her arms is like dark..... Because of that, we can't see how nicely or what you have done to her (other then the stuff you just stated).

And also, when you use a texture, try not to have those straight lines. It distracts the viewer. I can see it on the right of her, and it goes down to her arm. When that happens, erase some parts so that it seems like the texture is already blending into it.

IMHO, it does not seem like a "retouch". More of a colorizing type of deal. You didn't enhance her with toning her skin, face, make-up, etc. It's more like colorizing and editing graphic-wise.

And yeah, I agree about all that copyright. Copyrights should have at least be smaller, not that huge.

Let's not get technical about what the person called the photo. This is less of a retouch than it is a photo manipulation. Having that said, the After photo isn't that bad, except I view the picture before was already far too retouched already. And retouching a very retouched photo is a bad idea in general. I say this because in the Before photo, her skin looks far too smooth to be realistic.

I feel as if you've overexposed her skin the After photo, as well. It's just too bright, and I would've preferred it darker than brighter to add to the "horror" effect. The green eyes are a bit too neon--again, I have no idea what look are you were trying to achieve, but there's a lack of theme on this.

the eye and lips don't look natural especially.
and i don't think the choppy background works with the harshness of her skin..it looks like her leg at the bottom is disappearing as well.
but i like the glow effects you've done spinning around her.

I'd say this was more of a manip than a retouch.

i don't see this as a retouch. it looks like there's a lot going on, almost too much, for this to be a retouch.
but it came out pretty cool as a regular graphic. however, the copyright you have on there really distracts me from the photo. the copyright caught my eye first before anything else. so you might want to change that.

she doesn't look human in the after.
