• Able to edit with wordpad (if you know what i mean)
• Atleast 1GB bandwith.

It seems like what you're asking for is hosting, and not a domain.
You're not going to get anything other than a sub domain for free , but you can spend as little as $2 for a domain name.

uhh, you might have it hidden. click the "reveal all boxes" link on the bottom of your cPanel.

its really hard to find registration sites that dont want either your number, or address, since ur looking for a free account just fkae the number and address, try hostsnake.com
