Do some people only favorite to get codes from layouts?

and because there are some people who like to favorite EVERY SINGLE LAYOUT that gets accepted. it's funny when you check their favorites, because they will have a number like 5,668 Favorite Layouts.

i think it is down to personal preference..some people have bad preference some people have good.
a lot of it is bad
but it depends whether they know the difference between a good layout or not?

I don't really know why people favorite ugly layouts. It's odd seeing mine have 100 favorites and seeing some layout with just a background with hearts and a default looking site with 500+. o_O

People have their preferences. Your taste may not be the same taste as yours.

Personally I though my CREATE layout was going to get rejected but when I saw a lot of faves, I though micron made fake profiles to favorite layouts because half of the people who favorite my layout either
A. didnt set up their profile
B. has like 5000 faves
C. has the most retarded name ever
or
D. all of the above

i wonder that sometime, but really only with my layouts. my first few were horrible but still some got 100+. but people like different things.

a lot of it is because most people who dont have a clue about html dont know how long it takes to make a layout. i know that when i look at layouts, often times i pick layouts that seem (to me, at least) to be semi-time consuming. that's part of the reason i dont go to the crappy layout sites that look like a 6 year old made the layouts.

my eyes bled from the poor quality of a select few that i just saw. ==;

Everyone has their own preferences. Alot of people that get on this site, only come for layouts and aren't designers nor care to be & therefore sometimes simple just does it for them. what you think is high qualtiy or poor quality may vary from someone else. Everything that people submit doesn't have to look advanced or extremely professional...just deal with it; everyone's not going to make something the way you feel it should be made.
