It's really cool.. but i think u should've made the buddy list into a navigation thing..

hmmm is that ur desktop??? so many running applications in ur taskbar...like the ati icon which u dont need and the volume..and antivirus icon...and winzip icon....

very unique, your blog color doesnt really match and the whole blurred part on the buddy list is a bit distracting other than that good job

Feedback:
1. 3 scrollbars, and one I can't see. rid of two of them. keep two. why? cuz the horizontal ones suck. but the other two you need.
2. use cellpadding. someone on a smaller screen has it shifted to the left.
3. image quality can be better
4. the font for where you put "drtyrock" doesn't go. It looks like subway graffiti
5. no hover link?

i like the bg. nice and simple, but the blog entries are spaced to the left. i agree with heroin_like_high, too many scrollbars. less is more.
