I advise all of you to watch this movie, before this movie ever existed in title I already pictured our future generations rotting and causing the human race to become not more intelligent but more unintelligent/lazy. The evolution of these generations are gonna cause the end of human civilization. Proves that promiscuity is actually bad for the future of our race.
True story.
Idiocracy, watch it.

Actually it is when it's backed up by scholars who agree about how stupid humans are evolving over intelligent humans. There's a reason why 85% of the world is considered dumb, deaf, blind, and over all ignorant.

I've seen it, and I didn't like it. I thought the concept was amazing (the idea that as the world progresses, smart people continue to have fewer children and "idiots" continue to have more children, meaning that in the end, there is not a single educated person left in the world). It was poorly executed, the jokes weren't that funny, and the acting was pretty bad. I just didn't enjoy it at all.

Exactly, Dani. I liked the idea of the movie, but the movie was terrible.

Damn it's funny how mature adults found this to be a good movie.. I just watched this two nights ago with a group of friends... and we all laughed and agreed how ridiculous all the younger generations are and how they're the ones to fail in human success.

Well, I liked Idiocracy more than Napoleon Dynamite -- there I said it -- but it's not something I'd watch again. I mean some of it was fun -- a few chuckles here and there -- but nothing overly hilarious. I think there was a part where I did laugh quite a bit, but that was it. Well some people take satire differently. I wasn't expecting much when I first heard about it, but overall, a decent movie
BTW that Costco.... HUGE. Probably my favorite part.
