can anyone explain or make a tutorial on how to edit and add muscles on photoshop. I want to be able to give 6 packs and make muscles thicker. I've been using the liquefy tool but I know there is much more to learn. NO i dont want muscles so I dont need anyone saying "why dont you go to the gym", Im not gonna be doing this for me, I just wanna edit other pictures and mess with them and stuff... If anyone can help that would be great.

Right now, I'm thinking the only way to make it look realistic is to cut the six pack off another picture and paste it onto the one you need, and try to adjust it so it looks natural. As for making muscles thicker, I'd study an image of real muscles to see how the shadows fall on the body and attempt to darken those areas on my image (after liquifying).

I think it'd be easier to help you if you provided some sort of image though.

Muscles isn't just about liquifying. You have to have a good eye for lighting, and how it makes curves to give off the "muscle" look.
