Hi I've recently been introduced to xanga and it seems very cool as far as its blog features

As a semi-web designer i was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to turn Photoshop Layouts into xanga skins.(if i need to cut them or anyhow)...any tips or tutorials would be greatly appreciated..

Well, you need to upload the image onto the internet somehow and then either use it as a banner on top of your xanga or code it somehow so the blog area is on top of the image. ^^

waht do yu mean saving images for the web? if so jest go to save as>compuserve gif it werks bes if yu using for the web
