Flip flops used to be worn everyday of the summer last year but now everyones wearing flats =/

Naw, some have that little bar that fits over your big toe and doesn't separate them. Makes me cringe to think about those, too.

Flip flops IN APPROPRIATE WEATHER! It kills me when these girls wear flip flops in the middle of winter, 15 degrees with a foot of snow on the ground.

^ People here do that all the time. But I guess I'm not one to complain about them, considering that I'll go outside in a TShirt when it's in the one digits.

I like flip-flops. I have growth plates in my feet that never fused together, and it can get really painful if I don't wear shoes that have some sort of structure, though.

I only own one pair of flats.. Actually no they aren't flats. They're slip-ons.


I prefer sandals during the summer, or some kind of heels. Ya I usually wear heels. My feet tend to hurt when I wear sandals for too long, but I can were heels comfortably for much longer than sandals. Weird, huh? But I only own a few pairs of sandals, but the only one I wear anyway are my rainbows.

Pretty much, flip flops and summer go together like sponge bob and patrick, how could you NOT wear flipflops during summer, im a summer beach bum so its like a flippin RULE.

Yea see you much be an addict like me, i know ive got more than ten pairs all diffrent colors and styles ive got one to match every swim suit, and a pair of glasses to match.

Im OCD about summer and flipflops, probably because you can get them wet and they wont get ruined.

haha, me either. but i like flats. i think the only reason i dont own any is because i dont fit into any. my feet arent huge, but my toes are. and they get squeezed together when i wear flats or heels

Over the summer, I played tennis a lot so I barely wore flip flops.
My feet were so damn pale, with my legs tan since I wore sneakers.

When I got the chance to wear flip flops, I didn't since my tan was so horrible! Lol. This year, I'm definitely gonna be more careful about it 8D

Flip flops hurt my toes when I walk. I go with a pair of cute little sandals most of the time.

When I was in middle school, the district didn't allow students to wear flip flops to class. It was about 7 years ago, so I don't really remember the reason behind it. I think they tried to say that they where a safety hazard or something. That just popped into my head.

I wear flip flops now, because I don't mind if they get dirty. But after a while, they give me blisters and I'll whine like crazy.

Flats make my friend's feet smell like shit. They don't make my smell much. I still prefer flip-flops. I'd rather get a tan from then than one from flats. >.<

I love flip flops in the summer but they're bad for your health. They can damage your feet, back, and knees. I cannot picture wearing flats. If every one did I would die of the stink, no one ever wears the socks for flats. At school people play around with them on their feet, pretty nasty.
