everyone remembers their first driving ticket.. how'd you get yours?

as for me, i only speed when i know i wont get caught haha

ran a red light...but i said i couldn't see the traffic light very well, cuz the sun was shining on it(the sun was goin down, nd the traffic light was like old skool^^), so the officer jus gave me a warning

been driving for 2 years and havent gotten a ticket yet...no im not no lame slow driver either...hehe just a very observing driver...:D

OK OK this is my story so sit back relax and grab a bowl of popcorn.

I was getting back from my exgirlfriends house when I decided to get some gas late at night (it must have been like 1:30am). I need to get gas real bad because I had to drive to work the next morning.

Well consequently the gas stations were closed in my town so I decided to hit up the highway by me for better luck. Well the highway I was driving on had a speed limit of 50mph. HAHA well little old me with my radar detector decided that he was above the law and decided to go 75mph!!! Well all is going well when all of a sudden there is a birrage of flashing lights in my rear view mirror. I was like "OH F*CKING SH*T!!!!! HOW COME MY RADAR DIDN"T PICK HIM UP!!!!!" Well he pulled my stupid ass over and told me his radar wasn't on and that he was following behind me and was just matching my speed to pull me over. Sneaky pigs, always with their tricks.

Yea so to make a long story short he gave me the ticket but didn't fine me for going 75 but instead fined me for going 65 because it was my first time. I fought the ticket in court and got my points taken off my liscence. So all is well again. I still speed but I speed with caution

ACCORDING TO THE COP..... i was gong 32 in a 20mph school zone which is bs.. i was going around 25 and slowed down to 20 when i entered the school zone.. blah

owch.. i really didnt believe that they were that strict about them school zones..

haha luckily i've never gotten one.. ive had my lisence for about 3 years now.. but i did get a parking ticket at school.. haha i didnt buy a parking ticket worth $1.. haha instead i had to pay a $25 ticket..

err ima get my first ticket one the day i get my lisence by street racing

i sprayed my last tank of nos.. zoomed past the coppers.. they got me all busted up and put into jail.. I GOT A NEED FOR SPEEDDDD..

i got my driven license taken away... i have to do da driver education class and the test again...sigh..... iz becus i was doin da car racing in salt lake city, utah...wit my friends...sigh it's not my fault >.<

Driving is awesome! I love too drive my Subaru! lol! feel so sorry 4 da people who got der liscence taken away. No TICKETS EVER! was about to though!

my friend got a ticket for sleeping on the passenger shotgun side without a seatbelt on, hahahahaha, cops these days...

i've been driving recently. ugh. stupid brother is a cop, and gave me a stupid speeding ticket. it was 283 bucks + traffic school!!! errrr i swear ima get my truck and run over him! ahaha

that's pretty weird, I wouldn't give my brother or sister a ticket if I were a cop =P

i drive without a permit, im pretty glad that i havent gottin caught!

you just have to know how to not get caught,
1) usually there is always a place that cops hang out to catch people so becareful of those....
2) speed in the streets between the intersections but slow down as you go through it.sucks if you have intersections that are really close cause you wont be able to act on your need for speed. you just get it up to that 40-45 mph mark, ur heart is pounding cause just a little more and you will break the speed limit then boom! you have to break cause the intersections coming up
3) speed on the freeway but look back to see if there is a cop anywhere behind you

oh and i never got a ticket...

or you can get a radar..

yea radar is good...i also heard there is someting to make he lights stay green

that was messed up...you should have ran from him..after seeing him come out of the car you should have went "hey bro" and zoomed off. i doubt hes enough of an ass to chase you and give you a ticket for that too

Hmmmm last ticket i got....speeding and Public Endangerment or something like that.....doin 100 in a 40.....i was late to work...not my fault i was speedin i mean jeeze cant a guy speed ne more

you must live with the signal lights like super far apart or just got lucky and got all green lights. but i gotta say you dumb to go 100 on streets just to get to work...too high a chance you get caught. shoulda just called in sick cause the ticket costs more then what you would make in a day

yeh the radar thing is really good, my bf has one, and we havent got caught yet! its legal here, i dont kno about where you guys live. When ur speeding pull up ur e break, and step on ur brakes, then when u slow down a lil, let go of the e brake...therfore the lights in the back doesnt show up red..and the cops dont see you breaking for him, or else he will catch ur ass. lol..and thanks for the compliment

Driving like 40-45 in a 35 mph zone but he said it was 51 in a 35... bs.... and he was one of does cops in a motorcycle. Must have been hiding cus I never saw a thing until it was to late. Cops these days are sneaky. Guess I'll probably go to court for it. I don't want anything on my record.

i got a ticket for going 95+ on a 65 mph free way.....

errrr also got one for staying out past 12 with my provisional, same night/ticket.

i did get a warning from a cop for speeding down a school zone and then abrupty stopping at the intersection when cop was in sight...

i got one yesturday, 68 on 50, almost got wreckless but didnt
have to pay $147 and got 4 points on my license

Woot, been driving for almost a year and a half and haven't got one yet. But then again, I haven't been on the road for that long, but I am a careful driver. I can spot cops easily.
