But the light blue for your bolded words and links is kind of hard to read.
About the alignment, once I figure mine out, i'll tell you.

relative positioning?.........and externally linking your style sheet?.....that should work

another person told me to make it static.

externally linking?.......

um..
1.take your style sheet
2.copy it into notepad
3. remove <style type="text/css"> and </style> and save it with the extension .css
4. upload it to a web host that supports remote linking
5. and then...um link to it using <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="enter the link of you css">

and relative..........i personally think its better

it says i can only save it as a .txt.....

view all files.....and den just put the extension .css on it
