Are there any foods/medicines or nutrients in some types of food that really do help you grow??

In milk I know calcium helps bones grow but idk if it's true lol..

Just eat healthy and take your vitamins. And try to join sports, be athletic.

i'm health freak but i just don't seem to be growing..
idk if it's because I started weight lifting at a young age or bcuz i just inherited on of my parents short-height genes...

There's no such thing as food that causes you to grow faster or more for that matter. You're still young... you don't fully develop until about 24 years old.

Weight lifting doesn't hinder genetics, that's impossible.

Most likely if you stay short, it's because of your genetics, passed down to you by your parents.

Genetics. Weightlifting doesn't hinder your growth unless you damage a growth plate.
