it's where they hire fake PA's to do jobs like clean and help with costumes on the sets of song videos and they have a fake director and everything like that but they test the PA's by making them do all sorts of funny stuff like getting a celebrites dog to go to the bathroom and having to clean up foam from a song...just little stuff like that and every show they vote off a person, and the remaining person gets to work on a real live video set and become a real PA.
