Tell me what you jive turkeys think of having a photography subforum...

i'm not sure we have enough people that are interested in photography to drive a forum like this.

I think the original idea was to post professional photography in the art subforum (that was part of why it was created, because of the broad perception of "art").. But I know people have always posted that sort of thing in the Pictures forum. I'm not sure, I know we have a lot of talented photographers but I think posting those things in the pictures forum is fine.

The lack of photographers posting in this thread tells me that there isn't a strong enough need for it, at this time.

I think people can continue to post in Pictures for the time being, until such a need arises.

I always thought that was the main reason why the pictures forum was created. But maybe its just me.

As much as I'd love it, I really doubt a forum like that would survive around here in cB.

I agree with what everyone else has said so far. Doesn't seem like there are enough active photographers interested in it. At least not yet.

I agree. I think its best to make all the bad photography topics just blend with all the other picture topics =x

I have to agree with everyone else on this one. As nice as I think it would be, I don't think it would really do too well here as there aren't enough interested people to keep it running, and so far all the photography projects are doing fine within pictures.

I think instead of a photography subforum, we need a pornography subforum.

It'd be much more popular...
