How Do I Delete My CreateBlog Account?!
tokyo-rose
You cannot delete your own account. An administrator has to disable it.

which we don't do anymore. if you dont want to use your account, then just stop using it. i can delete all your posts if you like.

why isn't there an option ?

please do not CHANGE usernames or DELETE accounts using the admincp. it will break things on cb4. in the future, i will make something where the user can delete his own account.

(I don't think it's a big deal for me to quote that, if it is, my apologies)

ah gotcha, just wondering.

wait, so deleting a cb account breaks things on cb 4? how is that?

this is just an educated guess because i havent really gotten a good look at the site's infratructure.

To my understanding, the cb4 database isn't fully integrated with the forum database. in order for someone to delete your account, they would have to delete the entry in both databases. currently there is no function in our administrative panel that will do that. if we attempt to do it, only your forum account would be deleted, and not your cb4 account. this causes a lot of discrepancies in the system.
