IMHO, i dont think professionals use mspaint that much... heh...
As for the ps>professionals matter... even though most professionals use ps, that doesnt automatically make you a professionsal, or better in any way.
I voted for ps 7.0

caz i dont have ps cs 8.0. I also have psp but i rarely use it... heh, i suppose i should start using it.

I use PS 8 for making abstract images, blends, and parts of layouts and I use PSP 8 to put it all together.

I find photoshop generally easier to use, especially with the fact that it comes with imageready... gd for making animations n stuff... psp isn't bad tho either, especially since it's wayyy cheaper than Photoshop

i use psp8..and have used psp9.
i also have imageready, and a broken photoshop.
considering what ive seen of imageready, and of photoshop tutorials, psp is easier if you know what you're doing, and easily adaptable to photoshop techniques.
basically, if you're determined, you can do the same things in psp as in photoshop.

How many topics are going to be like this?
You can get photoshop results in psp but photoshop is more complex.
Enough said! Stop it with these silly topics!

This is an old topic so I thought it wouldn't be fair to blame the member who created this.
