Anyhoot, I love The Ataris's "Boys of the Summer." The cover for Don Henley's.

boys of summer was really good. 311's cover of "love song" by the cure is one of my favorite. but my favorite would have to be when niravan cover "the man who sold the world" by david bowie. genius, 'nuff said.

I don't listen to a lot of cover songs, but my favorite one is:

i think they did a pretty good cover of that too. though the original will forever rule.

im not a " teenie bopper" or whatever t hey call it now adays but i love jessica simpson and her cover of "take my breath away"

cradle of filth's "sleepless" and "hollowed be thy name". "black metal" is good, too.

NoFX covers always make me smile. "go your own way" and "i want you to want me" are so great.

manson always makes good covers, too. "tainted love", "sweet dreams", "working class hero", and "suicide is painless" are nice.

MM has some awesome covers, yea.

Hmm..."Love Song"? Meh. I didn't think that one was that great. Wow...I sound so critical. But I personally liked Atreyu's "You Give Love a Bad Name" and Orgy's "Blue Monday".

korn's cover of word up didnt kno that it was a cover until i was singing it in the kitchen and my mom started singing along too... that was scary
