I do not want to get rid of the ad, obviously that's against the terms of the site. But I'm wondering if there would be any way to slightly lower the intensity of the ads? They clash mightily with some of the designs I'm coming up with. If I could keep that at the top, but make it so it is less intrusive, that wouldn't in any way violate the Myspace T&C, as they are still allowed their advertisements...
But it sure would make it look better.
Has anybody thought of doing this before, or found a solution? I just want to lower the brightness slightly.

No it's not possible, bu there's codes that allow you to move it to the bottom of your layout.

Your not supposed to alter the ads in anyway. Its against the terms.

Ah, thank you guys. I'm not trying to do anything against their TOS, trust me. :) I'm looking at the page artistically only....
So moving the ad to the bottom won't be considered a violation. I might try that.

yea if anything I would suggest doing that. I can see where your coming from and all, but at one point or another you have to look at it that its only myspace and there is only so much that you can do.
I'm going to close this since your question was answered. If you need it re-opened feel free to PM me.
