How would you react if one of your friends (who happens to be also be a guy) came out of the closet?

This is in the Boys' Locker for a reason, I kind of want to know what other guys think.

I would be extremely uncomfortable and probably discard our friendship. I wouldn't be able to look at them the same way, but that's just me. I'm just not fond of gays && lesbians.

Why would I? 10 years of friendship thrown down the drain because he's doing some homo shit on the low? That would put the integrity of my character in question. I'm not down with that.

I'd stay more or less distant. I'm not judgmental of gayness, it's more like a phobia of mine. Watching 2 gay guys is like watching 2 girls 1 cup. Seriously.

It wouldn't bother me one bit. I have some friends that are bi and/or gay, and it doesn't bother me one bit. I am a believer, that every person gets to live their life the way they choose to. I am a firm believer in character, and I would support my friends through whatever they choose to do with their life. Karma comes back to haunt people, and whenever you turn your back on somebody, it will come back to haunt you when you need somebody.

As long as he's not groping or fondling or making out in plain view. There's nothing wrong with it, however it's not something I want to see.
