I have this friend that I have known for 13 years. We used to be best friends but for a while I have known that I can't stand her. She comes to hang out but all she does is flirt with my guy friends and my fiance. She always tries to one up me. She brings people I she knows I don't like over to my house ALL THE TIME. Everything she does irks me, but most of all I HATE it when she tells me what she is going to do. It wouldn't bother me if it was something I wanted to do.
She will be outside MY house and tell me "We are coming in" "we are going to eat" "I'm using your shower" "I'm borrowing this", or she will be in MY car tell me "We are going to the mall". BITCH, THIS IS MY SHIT I CALL THE SHOTS AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO THE FUCK HOME.

I want a polite way to tell her that if she asks I might not hate her so much, but I don't even have the heart to tell her I hate her since I am one of her only friends.

Well, if I hate to be around someone, they're likely not my friends. But I really hate group activities, especially with annoying, whiny girls.

When you're in a group of three or more people, chances are that someone's not going to be pleased with the plans or someone has a different plan in mind, and they insist on whining and bitching until they get their way. Either that, or they will never stop complaining about the plans that the other people had in mind. Girl, shut the hell up.

Usually when I have a friend like that I try to have a talk with them about how annoying they are. If they continue, I tell them straight out to just shut up. Then if they still don't stop I slowly gravitate away from them.

I have this friend and he's always complaing about how hard his life is and how hard his classes are. Then he always wants to tell me "You just don't understand." I've been trying to comfort him and to get him to understand his situation, but still he contines to say "woe is me!". I got so sick of his b!tching I said, "Shut up and don't talk to me until you man up."

I understand if you don't want to hurt someone's feelings, or whatever but if you've told them more than once to stop politley then I feel it's okay to get a bit harsh.

You could always take the intelligent approach and attack the situation stoically. If two people are stuck in a jungle, someone is in charge. You should try to "son" her. Be respectful, polite and courteous, but carry yourself as the senior so she can see the shift in power.

when i was in highschool, i had a friend who i thought was cool, and we went to LA and roomed together, even shared a bed, and ever since then, i couldnt stand her.

well no, i couldnt her before that because we had classes together and she would always take my stuff without asking and give a bitch fit when i took one of her things.

to this day, i dont talk to her.
