I'm pretty sure that's the name of it, it's a Chinese dish, my fav. food of all time. Would anyone happen to have a homestyle recipe for it? Or just a recipe for it period?

If so, do share please! biggrin.gif

Okay, lol, I figured maybe that much.
But IDK what specific noodles to use, Mi Fen is really stringy and thin, like hair. IDK.
Was kinda hoping for an actual recipe. sad.gif

Noodles like those can't be found at American grocery stores. Look for an Asian market near you. happy.gif

I think u'd be looking for something like Rice Vermicelli at the asian grocery stores. Rice Vermicelli is the translation for Mi Fen.

It all depends on personal preference, u can add whatever veggies & meat u like.

Some ideas of what to do wif dem. how to cook them should be on the packet of the vermicelli too so yer.
