The best way I can think of to describe the store is the GAP with a splash of Express at Old Navy prices. The overall look is casual, but trendy, stylish but conservative. The upside is the affordability, but the downside is its variety. For all the nice things you can buy for damn near nothing, there's a handful of, "this doesn't fit right... at all."

Does anyone else shop here?

Nope, but it sounds interesting! I'll have to check it out sometime... I love Old Navy, and I love GAP! And I love Express, haha :P

I love Uniqlo. I get all of my tees and long sleeved shirts there. I like the cheap, ¥1000 long john-like shirts too. thumbsup.gif

I wish I could. It's only in NY! Annoying!

You and me both. They have some regular fit, straight jeans, that have the perfect bagginess if you buy the right size.

Huh. I've never heard of this before. I guess I'll have to hit up the one in SoHo soon.

I <3 Uniqlo! I bought two pairs of jeans there and they also do free alterations. They fit nicely but they are extremely low rise and they loosen quite a bit so wear a belt.

The SoHo one in NY recently raised their prices during the summer season. Jeans went from 34.50 to 49.99. A lot of their new arrivals are quite pricey too. Anything trendy is bound to be expensive. Their basics though and their sale section is very affordable.

I visited one in Hong Kong. It's much cheaper because the material is thinner. However, the stuff still is very nice.

i know alot of hypebeasts who wear it.
its pretty cool though.

Uniqlo sounds like something I'd be interested in.. Too bad they don't have any stores in California. sad.gif

To me, it's like the Japanese Gap. I like Uniqlo better in the summer; the last time I went in Hong Kong, they had great graphic T-shirts. During the Holidays, though, it was one fleece jacket after another. Talk about boring.

That's true, it is like a Japanese Gap. Then there's also g.u.
