Oh, btw.. I don't drink. lol.. I've only drank like virgin alcohols.. mixed with.. regular drinks (cola,sprite,orange juice..etc).

so i'm not that hardcore drinker. I just have friends who are.. haha.

All you can do really is wait. The liver can only process so much in an hour. I believe coffee speeds it up a little, but not much.

Usually i have work the next day lol.
I grab a big bottle of water.
and usually i feel better with a whole wheat turkey sub.
lettuce, tomato, turkey.
it'll fix things.
