alright so im trying to make my own custom layout. so i created the site on photoshop and sliced it up and everything. but i came across a problem. i have a vertical bar of links set up and i want to put pictures beside it. i want to know how to align this.
example:

i just used [IMG SRC] codes and [BR] to break the lines.

and also, have you tried adding in other boxes? when you add them in, MAKE SURE you don't line break between them.
or if you photoshop the entire thing, you can upload all the pictures and edit the HTML...that's the easiest way of doing it.

when i make div layouts, i never really use table.
i didn't read the code, since i know nothing about tables for div layouts.
basically what you'd want to do is make the whole thing an image like this.
and use divs to position where you want them (this will acutally make ur layout work for FF too)
"groups" and "info" can be images and ppl can write stuff below it or you can make it part of the image and then make little div scrolls.
for the navigation, you can use mapping or u can use div again for that one.
if you want the holidays background to be part of it then u can make it part of the image.
you might wanna clean up the edges (the borders).

yeah...i know...my explaining is confusing.
