Okay so I'm just putting this out there see if anyone else agrees, I think there should a section in the layouts for band layouts. You know that you have the option of viewing Standard, Div Overlay, and Blog layouts. Well why not add Band to those choices. It'll be the same as submitting a regular layout only the About Me and Who I'd like to meet parts to input your code are Bio and Band members. So anyone agree? But like I said I'm just putting it out there.

I don't think we have many, if any, Band Layouts on CB. The thing is, is that some regular DIV layouts work in band profiles, too.

Yeah but some people just don't understand how to put on a DIV layout in a Band MySpace. But then again I was just seeing if anyone had the same opinions.But then again I'm not talking about band themed layouts, I'm talking about layouts for actual band myspaces.

It sounds like a good idea, but not a lot of people can make Band layouts.
If more people expressed a desire for there to be a Band layout category, and we saw more of these layouts being made (in the showcase booth, etc) then i'm sure Jusun would consider this.

Well I can make Band layouts if that's any help. It's just a teeny weenie bit trickier than Regular DIV Overlays.

Div layouts do not work on band myspaces, I mean of course some can but more than likely not. It takes a different code to hide things on a band myspace than a normal myspace.

I personally can make band myspaces..and use to do it as a side job. Its really not that difficult, but it does take some getting use to and a lot of practice to get the coding perfect in all browsers.

It's not a bad idea, the only thing is that most people that have band myspaces like to have them personalized with their band stuff. So they get custom layouts. Of course it wouldn't be bad to just have simple color myspace layouts I suppose.

But yea Jusun would have to add it in, considering he would have to change the fields and stuff since you can only put coding in to the members bio for most layouts to work correctly.

Excactly, It does take some time to get used to but it's really not that different. I'm also working on a generic band DIV layout right now. Really all you have to do is change the "YOUR NAME HERE" header and also replace the URL for the image to your bands album cover. Something like that could be used as a band layout.

Yea simple things like that could be fine. I don't see anything wrong with it I mean there aren't that many blog layouts, yet we have the category. It would bring on more traffic as well to createblog. So I think overall it would be a good addition. I would try and add some layouts if possible.
