How many actions can photoshop 7 hold/record/store?
I don't understand what you are trying to say. Photoshop 7 has a History palette on the right-hand side that also shows your image/layout information. Is this what you are asking? The history palette will record all of your "actions" or what you get accomplished in Photoshop.
If you are talking about the image progress, to save all of your image layers for later, save it as a .psd and you can retrieve it any time in the future.
