Wow looks very professional. I wish I had the money to buy something like that.

ulta's individual products are good. the eyeshadows are pigmented and application is simple and easy.
anything from their free sets, like the brushes (SHED LIKE SHIT, worst brushes i've ever used), shadows (break like shit), and everything that is at an impossibly good price, is impossibly bad.
what is your friend looking for/what would your friend like?
EDIT
if you insist on buying it, pm me and i'll send you my $5 off the blockbuster set coupon.

I've only been to Ulta a few times. They're just like a Sephora but not so fancy, plus they have a hair salon and other beauty products, not just makeup. I've never tried their store brand stuff though.

^ Ulta sells a lot of the same brand-names as Sephora, like Urban Decay, Bourjois, Bare Escentuals, etc. and those are pretty much a set price.
The Ulta line, though, is much cheaper than Sephora's line and... well, what you pay for is what you get.

The sets are horrific. The individual make-up has MUCH better quality.

Sephora > Ulta. I have both near me and ulta is crap compared to Sephora. Like everyone else said and I've heard the Ulta line sucks.
